Yenigun Furniture, which started as a small carpentry workshop founded by Recep Yenigun in 1972, started mass production by manufacturing home furniture with backgammon and chess features in the early 1980s, and took its first steps towards branding in the furniture sector.

Yenigun Furniture, which then started to manufacturing backgammon and chess sets upon the demand of the market in 1986, now specializes in the mass production of various board games, especially backgammon and chessboards, under the brand of Yenigun Backgammon. In 2012, Yenigun Oyun Aletleri Furniture Industry and Foreign Trade Limited Company was established.

Yenigun Backgammon has completed its 50th year in production as of today, increasing its product range and production capacity in its modern and environmentally-friendly production facility of 2400m2, and exporting its products to 4 continents.

Yenigun Backgammon, which is registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Industry continues to serve to national and international markets directly or with its dealers and marketing companies.
